Project Description
The Flagship Suncorp Discovery Store in Pitt Street Mall was completed within a very tight 5-week program. The project involved the full fitout of two retail floors and included all power, data, lighting and lighting controls.
All fixtures and fittings were sourced from overseas with very close coordination between Ergo Group and the manufacturers to meet the deadlines.
The project was delivered successfully in the program due to our ability to resource required teams to work day and night shifts in combination with detailed programming and management that captured all the design changes.
