Project Description
Working with Evolve Constructions as their preferred contractor, Ergo Group delivered over 10 sites in a 5-week program starting with an empty 1500sqm shell. The works included the supply and installation of power, communications, lighting, lighting controls and CCTV to each branch.
All services were installed defect free within the tight construction period and under budget. As a result, Ergo Group continue to deliver projects for TK Maxx now established as a new retail brand in the Australian market.
